After the protest near the Embassy of Tajikistan in Berlin, Boboev Fazliddin and Boboeva Mohishams, brother and sister of the head of CCRPHPT, were invited to the MIA department and interrogated.
On December 15, the 39-year-old Boboev Fazliddin was taken to the MIA department in the Ismoili Somoni district and was interrogated until the evening. In August 2017, two days after the death of his mother, Fazliddin was detained and tortured. After that, he could not walk for two days .
On December 15, Boboeva Mohishams was also taken to the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Rudaki region and was interrogated. After one hour of interrogation, she was released as a result of an increase in blood pressure and her husband’s demand. In July 2017, Mohishams wanted to visit her sick mother, who was hospitalized abroad , but was taken out of the cabin by the SCNS staff.
A few months ago, Fazliddin Boboev wanted to visit Uzbekistan with friends for the purpose of tourism, but the border guards deployed him on the border between the districts of Masthokh of Tajikistan and Bekabad of Uzbekistan.
According to the head of CCRPHPT, even his distant relatives cannot leave the territory of Tajikistan.
“My distant relative, Yatimov Zarobidin, whose mother is the daughter of my father’s uncle, wanted to visit Uzbekistan several months ago for the purpose of tourism, but the border guards deployed him on the border of the Tursunzada district. According to the authorities, the reason was that he was my relative.” — said Abdusator Boboev.
